Job summary

Vintners New Zealand is seeking an ambitious Operations & Systems Analyst to join its Auckland team. Reporting to the Finance & Operations Lead, you will manage inventory, data integrity across ERP/eCommerce, and deliver operational reporting with a focus on process improvements.

You'll work across the business, build strong relationships, and own systems-related initiatives in a hands-on role within a close-knit, Kiwi-owned company.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Finance, IS or related field.
• Strong numerical and analytical capability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory to maintain stock accuracy.
• Maintain data integrity across ERP and eCommerce platforms.
• Produce operational, inventory and business reporting.
• Support and maintain business systems and automations.
• Manage international logistics and inventory movements.
• Lead health and safety and compliance activities.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Act as a key contact for systems-related issues.
