Job summary

EBOS Group's Healthcare Logistics division is seeking an analytical Operations Supervisor with SAP EWM expertise to join our Eastern Creek team. Reporting to the DC Site Manager, you will oversee a team of 10+ staff, drive operational excellence and maintain high WHS standards.

Hours of work vary between 5 am and 6 pm, and you will monitor productivity, manage labour costs and prepare PowerBI reports to support continuous improvement and DIFOT targets.

Qualifications

• Proven SAP EWM/WM experience for 3PL/4PL warehouse operations.
• Minimum 2+ years supervising teams in warehouse/distribution.
• Strong PowerBI data reporting and cost management skills.

Responsibilities

• Team Development: coach and provide feedback to a 10+ staff team.
• Operational Delivery: monitor daily productivity and manage labour costs to meet SLAs and DIFOT.
• Reporting & Analysis: create PowerBI reports and drive CI initiatives.
• Quality & Safety: maintain processes in line with QMS and WHS guidelines.
• Stakeholder Coordination: manage transport queries and participate in customer meetings.

The Role

We are seeking an analyticalOperations SupervisorwithSAP EWMexpertise to join our Eastern Creek team.

Reporting to the DC Site Manager, you will oversee a team of 10+ staff, ensuring operational excellence and maintaining high Work Health and Safety (WHS) standards.

Hours of work vary between 5 am and 6 pm (includes opening/closing the site as required).

What You Will Do:

• Team Development:Provide coaching and performance feedback to a diverse team of 10+.
• Operational Delivery:Monitor daily productivity and manage labour costs to ensure all SLAs and DIFOT requirements are met.
• Reporting & Analysis:Use PowerBI to create business reports and implement continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
• Quality & Safety:Maintain efficient processes in line with QMS and WHS guidelines, including updating WIs and SOPs.
• Stakeholder Coordination:Manage transport queries and participate in regular customer performance meetings.

Who You Are:

• Systems Expertise:Hands-on experience inSAP EWMand SAP WM is essential.
• Supervisory Experience:2+ years of experience supervising teams in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Analytical Skills:Proficiency inPowerBIfor data-led reporting and decision-making.
• Technical Knowledge:Understanding of 3PL/4PL operations, inventory traceability, and document control.
• Communication:Demonstrated ability to resolve workplace issues and build collaborative professional relationships.
