Aon, a leading global professional services firm, is seeking an Operations Manager – Continuous Improvement to drive efficiency across Retail, Corporate and ABS teams in New Zealand. The role focuses on stakeholder collaboration, data analysis, and practical process improvements to standardise ways of working and enhance reporting.
Based in Auckland or Christchurch, the position requires 2–5 years in operations or improvement roles, strong analytics, and experience with Power BI; Power Apps
We're looking for an Operations Manager - Continuous Improvement to support operational excellence across our Retail, Corporate and ABS business teams.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, analysing data, improving processes, and delivering practical solutions that make day-to-day operations more effective. You'll help create greater consistency across teams, enhance reporting and insights, and identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Working within the ABS team, you'll collaborate across multiple business units to support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a more scalable, data-driven operating environment.
This opportunity can be based in either our Auckland or Christchurch offices.
