Job summary

Aon seeks an Operations Manager - Continuous Improvement to drive operational excellence across Retail, Corporate and ABS teams in New Zealand. The role focuses on standardising processes, delivering data-driven insights, and developing Power BI dashboards to support decision-making.

Based in Auckland or Christchurch, you will partner with leaders to identify efficiency gains, implement Power Platform solutions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across multiple business units.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience in Operations, Business Improvement or Continuous Improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using Power BI to develop reports and dashboards.
• Exposure to Power Apps or an interest in developing capability in this area.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Continuous Improvement & Process Support: identify opportunities to improve operational processes and ways of working.
• Assist in the delivery of continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
• Support the standardisation of processes and practices across teams and locations.
• Help document, review and enhance operational procedures.
• Operational Reporting & Insights: develop and maintain reporting and dashboards; analyse performance data to identify trends.
