Job summary

Capital SMART is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our New Zealand network, driving commercial performance, developing our people and ensuring operational excellence across multiple repair centres.

You'll provide strategic and hands-on leadership, working closely with Repair Centre Managers to deliver strong financial, operational and customer outcomes across NZ.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-site operations, preferably in collision repair or a related industry.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with P&L accountability.
• Track record of improving operational performance and delivering business results.
• Ability to coach, influence and develop high-performing leaders.
• Strong stakeholder management and proactive leadership style.

The opportunity

As Operations Manager, you'll provide strategic and hands-on leadership across our New Zealand operations, working closely with Repair Centre Managers to deliver strong financial, operational and customer outcomes.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Driving financial performance, profitability and achievement of budgets across the network.
• Coaching and developing Repair Centre Managers to build high-performing, accountable teams.
• Identifying opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, quality and customer outcomes.
• Ensuring consistent operational, safety and quality standards across all sites.
• Building strong relationships with insurers, suppliers and key stakeholders.
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives and supporting the ongoing success of our New Zealand business.

You're a commercially astute, results-driven operational leader who knows how to deliver performance through others.
