Job summary

Capital SMART is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our New Zealand network, driving commercial performance, developing our people and ensuring operational excellence across multiple repair centres. You’ll work with Repair Centre Managers to deliver strong financial, operational and customer outcomes.

• Proven experience leading multi-site operations, ideally within collision repair or related industry.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L accountability.

• The ability to coach, influence and develop high-performing leaders.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a proactive, hands-on leadership style.
