Job summary

Ritchies Group seeks a proactive TCIS Operations Supervisor to lead and coordinate Tours, Charters, InterCity and School Services from Swanson. You will oversee a team of drivers and operational staff, ensuring safe, efficient service and exceptional customer experience.

In this role you will balance day-to-day demands, stakeholder relationships and service delivery, using data to identify trends and drive improvements.

• Experience managing daily operations, schedules and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support drivers and operational staff to ensure engagement, safety and service excellence.
• Coordinate daily Tours, Charters, InterCity and School Services operations.
• Manage service disruptions and make real-time decisions to maintain delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and wellbeing processes.
• Oversee incident management with timely reporting and a people-first approach.
• Partner with HR, Training and Workshop teams to support recruitment and fleet maintenance.
• Build positive relationships with customers, schools, contractors and stakeholders while achieving KPIs.
• Monitor operational performance and drive improvements in efficiency and customer experience.
• Support growth and success of commercial services through planning and execution.
