Ritchies Group in Rotorua is seeking confident Charter Drivers to join our casual team as we head into a busy charter and tour season. You will transport visitors and groups, delivering memorable journeys across iconic New Zealand destinations while representing a leading transport company.

This role suits flexible, customer-focused drivers who enjoy travel, weekend work, and engaging with people from all walks of life. A Class 4 licence (minimum) and a good safety record are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold NZ Class 4 licence (minimum) and current P Endorsement.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to lift up to 20 kg and work weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide charter and tour transportation for visitors and groups.
• Engage with passengers and provide commentary to enhance the journey.
• Ensure safety, reliability and high-quality customer experience.
