Job summary

Ritchies Group is seeking enthusiastic Tour Drivers for a fixed-term, part-time position based in Swanson, Auckland during the busy summer cruise season. You will meet visitors, drive tours, and deliver exceptional customer service while providing engaging commentary and safety-focused operations.

Ideal candidates hold a NZ Class 4 licence with a P endorsement, enjoy diverse interactions, and can work weekends/public holidays.

Qualifications

• Current NZ Class 4 licence (minimum).
• P Endorsement.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Confident speaking with and assisting passengers from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to provide informative commentary and engage with tour groups.
• Physically capable of handling passenger luggage as required.
• Reliable, professional, and safety focused.
• Experience driving coaches or tourism vehicles is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive coaches or tourism vehicles during the cruise season.

We are looking for enthusiastic and professional Tour Drivers to join our team based in Swanson, Auckland on a fixed term, part time basis for the busy summer cruise season.

As one of the first people many visitors meet when arriving in New Zealand, you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for cruise passengers and tourists exploring Auckland and the surrounding regions.
