Job summary

CodeBlue, the managed IT services arm of Fujifilm Business Innovation New Zealand, is seeking an Operations IT Support Analyst to help ensure the performance and stability of client IT systems. You will monitor servers, network devices, and backup software as part of the NOC team.

This role suits someone with 1–2 years in technical support, strong customer service, and hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure and Windows Server, plus patch management and basic networking.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in a technical support role.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft systems including O365, Azure and Windows Server.
• Experience with patch management and Windows Updates.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP networking (LAN/WAN).
• VMware/Hyper‑V hypervisors and backups (Veeam, Azure) an advantage.

About the role

The role of the Operations Analyst is to be part of CodeBlue’s Network Operations Centre (NOC) – focused on centralised systems engineering by ensuring the performance, availability and stability of our customers IT systems and applications. The Operations Analyst role performs monitoring of alerts for servers & network devices, as well as backup software, for CodeBlue and CodeBlue customer environments as per our SLA’s. You will also be performing maintenance tasks including patching of Windows servers & workstations, and device firmware.

Skills & experience

• Ideally 1 - 2 years’ experience in a Technical Support role
