Job summary

Sandvik is seeking an Operations Field Support Representative to support daily servicing and management of drilling consumables across underground drill sites. The role involves inventory control, on-site delivery planning, data reporting, and direct customer engagement while adhering to Sandvik standards and safety procedures.

Ideal candidates are based in or near Greymouth, West Coast, and possess a valid C Class licence (forklift preferred).

About the opportunity

We’re looking for a motivated, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Operations Field Support Representative. In this hands‑on role, you’ll receive comprehensive training across all aspects of the position, supporting the daily servicing and management of drilling consumables as part of the Sandvik Rock Tools Contract team. Working across various underground mine sites in Western Australia, you’ll engage directly with customers while supporting day‑to‑day Rock Tools operations. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring and reporting on consumable usage, performance, condition, and failures. You’ll play an important role in ensuring all activities are completed safely and efficiently, in line with contract requirements, site procedures, and Sandvik standards. Ideally, we are looking for candidates who are based in or around the Greymouth area on the West Coast.

About you

Ideally, you have experience working underground around heavy equipment and hold current inductions. You demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, great customer service, and solid communication skills. Knowledge of on‑site service contracts, underground mining, or Sandvik drilling products is advantageous. You’re physically fit (able to lift at least 45 kg) and open to learning, training, and hands‑on work.
