Sandvik Mining in Greymouth, New Zealand, is seeking an Operations Field Support Representative. This hands-on role involves training across all aspects of the position, supporting daily servicing and management of drilling consumables as part of the Rock Tools Contract team.

We\'re looking for a motivated, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Operations Field Support Representative.
In this hands-on role, you\'ll receive comprehensive training across all aspects of the position, supporting the daily servicing and management of drilling consumables as part of the Sandvik Rock Tools Contract team.
Working across various underground mine sites in Western Australia, you\'ll engage directly with customers while supporting day-to-day Rock Tools operations. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring and reporting on consumable usage, performance, condition, and failures. You\'ll play an important role in ensuring all activities are completed safely and efficiently, in line with contract requirements, site procedures, and Sandvik standards.
Ideally, we are looking for candidates who are based in or around the Greymouth area on the West Coast. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply, as full training will be provided.
Ideally, you have experience working underground around heavy equipment and hold current inductions. You demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, great customer service, and solid communication skills. Knowledge of on-site service contracts, underground mining, or Sandvik drilling products is advantageous. You\'re physically fit (able to lift at least 45 kg) and open to learning, training, and hands-on work.
