You will manage rostering, workforce planning and performance oversight while maintaining assets and ensuring adherence to standards. Strong leadership and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Legal working rights in New Zealand.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a COA.
• Ability to complete all required background checks.
• Full, clean New Zealand driver licence.
• NZQA National Certificate in Security Level 3 or 4.
• Security industry experience desirable.
• First Aid Certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests.
• Support guards and patrol teams across Northland.
• Manage rostering and workforce planning to meet client needs.
• Lead staff management, recruitment and performance oversight.
• Support branch growth by delivering client service and referrals.
• Maintain control and accountability for company assets and key management.
• Deliver training and uphold operational standards.
• Maintain high standards of communication with customers and staff.
• Support forecasting, scheduling and expenditure management.
• Resolve operational issues and manage workloads effectively.
• Support transition to the AIMS platform and ensure policy compliance.
