Job summary

ContinuityGS seeks a Guard Force Project Manager - Security Operations in Wellington, NZ. You will oversee the local guard force, liaise with COR on performance, and implement countermeasures against threats to US missions.

You will ensure data accuracy in the myLGP system, conduct quarterly visits, and uphold contract requirements with readiness for 24/7 responses. Requires 5+ years in security leadership, NZ experience, and strong English; advanced MS Office skills and robust risk assessment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory or command-level experience in police, military, security, or guard force management.
• Strong English communication skills and local language proficiency at S4/R4 level.
• Advanced computer skills and familiarity with data systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily oversight and proactive program management of the local guard force.
• Liaise with COR on contract performance and security posture.
• Analyze threats and implement countermeasures as needed.
• Maintain data in the myLGP system and conduct quarterly site visits.
• Ensure contract compliance and quality standards, with 24/7 availability and rapid response.
