  • Experience coordinating field technicians, work orders or service schedules is highly regarded.
  • Clear, confident communication skills and a natural ability to build positive working relationships.
  • A customer‑first approach, with sound problem‑solving and issue‑resolution skills.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accurate documentation.
  • Confidence using service management, scheduling, CRM or similar systems.
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to support a high‑performing team.
Why Join Chubb?
  • Be part of a supportive, collaborative team.
  • Build your career through ongoing training and development.
  • Make a meaningful contribution by supporting services that help keep people and property safe.
  • Join a culture where everyone is a leader and every idea and contribution is valued.
