Job summary

Winstone Aggregates is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to drive continuous improvement across our national operations. You will partner with quarry, transport, processing and lab teams to create safer, smarter and more effective ways of working, unlocking performance and simplifying complexity.

You will coach leaders, translate insights into action and embed Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to deliver long-term impact for people, customers and the business.

Qualifications

• Must have demonstrated experience delivering continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong leadership & team-coaching capabilities.
• Proven ability to use data to identify opportunities and drive change.
• Experience applying Lean/Six Sigma to industrial/operational settings.
