Redpath Partners in Queenstown is seeking a Project Engineer to join our growing drainage and land development team. You will work closely with a self-performed site crew, help deliver projects from planning through to completion, and ensure programmes, budgets and quality targets are met.

This hands-on role offers senior leadership support from directors and opportunities for greater ownership for ambitious engineers, with a focus on safety, collaboration and delivering outstanding results.

Formación

• Experience delivering drainage/ land development projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of budgeting and cost control.
• Ability to lead site teams and coordinate multiple crews.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of engineering and commercial delivery of projects.
• Assist construction methodologies and work programmes to maximise productivity.
• Monitor project performance by tracking costs and progress.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and internal crews to deliver safe, efficient, and to-spec works.
• Manage contracts, project documentation, and variations processing.
• Identify commercial risks and opportunities with proactive solutions.
• Foster relationships with clients, consultants, authorities and project stakeholders.
