Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an IT Field Services professional to join our enterprise support team on the Illinois Masonic campus and surrounding locations. You will provide end-user support, training, and 24x7x365 assistance for clinical and business applications and devices.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 1 year of IT operating/support experience. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential, with healthcare background preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IS/Engineering.
• 1 year of experience in IT operating/support.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support and training on devices and network access.
• Manage incidents and requests per SLA with updates and closure.
• Configure, install, maintain, upgrade hardware and software for 24/7 support.
• Follow change control procedures for environment/configuration changes.
• Track assets and optimize resource usage per ITAM process.
• Collaborate with field leadership and deploy emerging technologies.
