Digiscale in Napier, New Zealand is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide frontline technical assistance, diagnose hardware and software issues, and keep IT systems running smoothly.

You will respond to requests via phone, email, and in person, install and configure equipment, document solutions, and collaborate with the IT team to improve processes. Knowledge of Windows and macOS and strong problem-solving are essential.

Formación

• Proven experience in a technical support role or similar position.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
• Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus.
