Job summary

Fisher & Paykel Appliances is seeking an organised Online Store Coordinator to manage B&C Grade sales via Trade Me and to staff, friends and family. Based in East Tamaki, this role blends online store management, freight coordination, customer service and financial administration to deliver a smooth buying experience and maximise profitability.

You’ll optimise product listings, monitor performance, coordinate pricing and stock, and work closely with logistics, Finance and IT to keep operations

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and freight management.
• Online retail or marketplace exposure is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication and MS Office.
• Ability to handle bulky appliances and safe manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise online listings for accurate product information and search visibility.
• Monitor store performance and drive traffic, conversions and satisfaction.
• Coordinate pricing, promotions and stock levels to support sales and sell-through of slower-moving products.
• Manage national freight, track deliveries and resolve shipping issues to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Oversee customer payments, follow up outstanding balances and reconcile transactions.
• Prepare regular reports on sales, freight costs and collections performance.
• Collaborate with teams across logistics, inventory, customer service, Finance, Sales and IT to keep everything running smoothly.
