Job summary

The Warehouse Wellington is seeking friendly delivery and installation specialists to bring the latest technology and appliances to customers' homes. You will demonstrate products, install them, and ensure a smooth customer experience from first contact to completion.

With full training, a supportive buddy, and a 40-hour week at $28.26/hr, you’ll join a diverse team and help customers choose the right solutions while safely handling and disposing of packaging.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and install whiteware products in customers' homes.
• Engage with customers to determine best way to bring the product into their home.
• Unpack, install, and dispose of old appliances and packaging as needed.
• Act as a key contact to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and presentable work area.
• Drive safely and hold a full NZ Driver's License.

Job Description

Our Delivery & Installation team members are responsible for delivering and installing whiteware products in customers' homes and being the last point of contact for our customers!

The job provides full training and a buddy to guide and mentor you. Your day will be varied, and it’s safe to say, your lunch break view will look different everyday! You will be engaging with customers to determine the best way to bring the product into their home, unpacking and installation, and disposing of old appliances and packaging as needed.

As a key point of contact with customers, you will play a critical part in creating a positive customer experience!

We have x2 roles available:

1. Sunday to Thursday, 8am– 4:30pm

2.Tuesday to Saturday 8am to 4:30pm

It's 40 hours per week with a pay rate of $28.26/hr.

Qualifications

This is a physicallydemandingrole requires someone with a good degree of strength, that can keep up with our fast-paced environment. You’re someone who likes working and sparking conversations with customers, and ensuring their experience is exceptional means the world to you.

We are looking for someone who:

• Can be on their feet for long periods of time.
• Is physically fit and able
• Has a positive, can-do attitude towards work
• Understands the customers’ needs and can create a great experience for them.
• Ensure processes are followed explicitly and company guidelines are upheld at all stages of the customer experience.
• Maintain work area to an excellent standard, ensuring it is presentable and functional.
• Be responsible for the safety of yourself, others and the products when driving.
• A Full, clean NZ Driver's License
