Placements24 is seeking a proactive Logistics Coordinator to provide essential operational support from our client’s Queenstown facility. You will coordinate shipments, manage documentation, and liaise with carriers to keep goods moving efficiently.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma is required; logistics certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; further logistics education is a plus.
• Experience in logistics or administrative roles, preferably in warehouse/distribution.
• Proficiency with logistics software and standard office applications.
• Strong organization and meticulous attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track shipments, ensuring timely pickup and delivery of goods.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including manifests and bills of lading.
• Liaise with carriers and warehouse staff to resolve delays and issues.
• Maintain accurate records and update systems accordingly.
• Assist inventory management and ensure stock accuracy in the warehouse.
• Provide operational support and respond to internal inquiries.
