Job summary

Peak Clean Franchising Limited in Auckland is seeking a Client Service Manager. You'll be the trusted contact for clients and franchisees, ensuring sites start well, stay up to standard, and issues are resolved promptly.

You'll work on-site often and roll up your sleeves to get the job done. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll train franchisees, run orientations, perform quality checks, and spot opportunities to add value.

Qualifications

• Background in commercial cleaning, post-construction or facilities maintenance.
• Experience training or supervising others.
• Clear, calm communication with clients, including in writing.
• Organised, and able to plan your own week around some after-hours work.
• Tech native — fast across apps, email, spreadsheets and a CRM.
• Genuine interest in growing with us.

Responsibilities

• Train and onboard franchisees, and handing new sites over.
• Run orientations with new clients and set sites up for success.
• Carry out regular quality checks and follow up on issues.
• Be main contact for clients and franchisees, and sorted problems quickly.
• Spot opportunities to add value for clients, and pass good opportunities to our sales team.
• Report on how sites are tracking to the Operations Manager.
• Getting on the tools yourself — covering cleans and periodic floor work when needed.
