  • Recruitment Rockstar: Lead strategies to bring in new talent, with a major focus on youth and school pathways.
  • Master of Logistics: Oversee rostering and deployment to ensure every game has a top-tier crew.
  • Training Lead: Coordinate education for referees, bench officials, and Live Stats operators.
  • Culture Creator: Foster an inclusive, professional, and respectful environment where officials feel supported and valued.
About You

You're a leader who knows the game inside and out. You're as comfortable providing in-game feedback as you manage complex schedules.

Your stats:
  • Background: Strong experience in basketball refereeing or officiating.
  • Educator: Experience in mentoring, education, or workforce development.
  • Communicator: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage relationships with schools, clubs, and BBNZ.

  • Passionate: You truly care about developing people and supporting the volunteers who make basketball possible.
The Perks & Details
  • Work-Life Harmony: This is an 0.8 FTE role with flexible work hours.
