Mo te tunga | About the roleThe Office Manager plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of The Army Depot (TAD). This varied role combines customer service, administration, information management and executive support, helping deliver Army recruit training and supporting the next generation of soldiers.Key responsibilities include:Front of house/Reception duties e.g. answering phone calls, taking messages and assisting military and civilian visitorsManaging unit administration, records, correspondence, mail services and electronic information systemsProvide executive support the Unit Command Team, including diary management, meeting coordination and document preperationSupport financial administration, including purchase orders, invoice processing, expense claims and budget reporting activitiesCoordinate travel, accommodation, transport bookings and visitor arrangements for unit personnelThe salary for this role ranges from $60,903 - $68,852, inclusive of a 4% superannuation contribution.
