# Customer Experience Representative at NZ Defence Force, Manawatu-Whanganui## Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About this role**Mō te tūnga | About the role**Our team is expanding, and we are looking for customer-focused professional to join us in a dynamic and varied Customer Experience Representative role.Every day is different as you support NZDF personnel through the delivery of essential shared services, while also contributing to the effective management of Non-Public Funds through financial administration, reconciliations, and payment processing.Working across a wide range of units and stakeholders, you will provide timely, accurate, and customer-centred support. A key aspect of the role involves ensuring financial transactions are processed correctly, accounts are reconciled, and records are maintained to a high standard, supporting sound financial stewardship and service delivery outcomes.As part of the Defence Shared Services Group (DSSG), you will contribute to services delivered through a national team and also at times contribute to a local team that provides onsite, tailored support to Linton Military Camp. This role has a strong focus on supporting Non-Public Funds administration, requiring attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to delivering trusted financial services.You will be supported by an inclusive and experienced Customer Services Manager and be part of a team that is passionate about delivering exceptional service to the NZDF whānau. This is an opportunity to build valuable relationships, develop your financial administration capability, and make a meaningful contribution to services that directly support NZDF personnel.The salary for this role starts from $64,455 with a midpoint of $71,497 (pro-rata), inclusive of a 4% superannuation contribution.
