Job summary

Catalyst is seeking a proactive administrator to be the face of our Auckland office, greeting clients and visitors and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

You’ll coordinate travel, meetings and events, manage mail and supplies, and support sales and marketing with admin tasks while liaising with other Catalyst offices.

• Supporting sales and marketing with admin tasks

• Producing documents and supporting the wider team as needed

About the role

You’ll be the face of our Auckland office — greeting clients and visitors, answering calls, coordinating meetings and events, and keeping the day-to-day running smoothly. You’ll also support our client relationships directly, from managing bookings to writing emails, and pitch in wherever the team needs a hand.
