Job summary

Habit Health in East Tamaki, Auckland, is seeking an Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist to join our concussion rehabilitation service. This is a dynamic role within our multidisciplinary team, offering clinical growth and meaningful impact for clients.

You'll deliver concussion rehabilitation and community-based programs, complete assessments, develop tailored plans, and document findings using our clinical systems. Flexible options include full-time or part-time arrangements.

Qualifications

• Registered Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist with NZ APC.
• Minimum 2 years in concussion rehabilitation or related field.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

About you:

• Registered Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist with a current New Zealand APC
• Previous experience working in concussion rehabilitation is essential
• Min. 2 years experience as OT/Physio is essential
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Full New Zealand driver's licence for community-based rehabilitation
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A genuine passion for helping people achieve their rehabilitation goals
