Job summary

Habit Health in Auckland's East Tamaki is seeking an Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist to join our concussion rehabilitation service. You will deliver concussion and community-based rehabilitation, assess clients, and develop tailored recovery plans within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

You'll work closely with clinicians, prepare high-quality reports, manage your caseload in our clinical systems, and benefit from ongoing professional development, mentorship, and a strong team

Qualifications

• Registered Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist with NZ APC.
• 2+ years experience in rehab or concussion care preferred.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver concussion and community-based rehabilitation programmes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal client outcomes.
• Complete client assessments and develop tailored rehabilitation plans.
• Prepare high-quality reports and clinical documentation.
• Manage caseloads using our clinical systems.
