Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions in Auckland, NZ is seeking an IT Service Delivery Lead / Systems Administrator to drive delivery and continuous improvement of IT services across New Zealand operations. You will partner with business leaders to align technology priorities with operational goals and manage server, cloud, and network infrastructure while ensuring security and reliability.

Qualifications

Proven experience in IT service delivery, systems administration or infrastructure support within a multi-site environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead or coordinate IT initiatives, vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune and Azure.
Experience supporting server, network, cloud and end-user technologies.
Understanding of cybersecurity principles, patch management and vulnerability remediation.
Exposure to IT service management practices including incident, problem and change management.
Experience using service management platforms such as ServiceNow or similar tools.

Responsibilities

Driving the delivery and continuous improvement of IT services across New Zealand operations.
Partnering with business leaders to align technology priorities with operational objectives.
Managing and maintaining server, cloud, network and infrastructure environments to ensure reliability and performance.
Coordinating the resolution of incidents, service requests and complex technical issues across multiple support teams.
Leading local technology projects including infrastructure upgrades, system deployments and cybersecurity initiatives.
Monitoring service performance, identifying recurring issues and implementing sustainable improvement plans.
Overseeing security patching, vulnerability remediation and infrastructure risk management activities.
Building strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders to maximise service quality, value and business outcomes.
