Job summary

EatClub in Auckland is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to lead venue partnerships across NZ. You will prospect, pitch, sign and onboard restaurants and bars, building a high-velocity sales pipeline and driving revenue growth.

You'll spend your days meeting venue owners, mapping opportunities, and negotiating commercial agreements, with uncapped commission and clear progression as EatClub expands nationally and internationally.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in high-volume, target-driven roles with verifiable results.
• Comfort with high outbound activity and in-person meetings.
• Experience managing a pipeline and progressing deals independently.
• Ability to present solutions and negotiate commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting new venue partners and building a strong pipeline across Auckland.
• Meeting venue owners and operators face-to-face to explain EatClub benefits.
• Negotiating and closing commercial agreements with venue partners.
• Onboarding newly signed venues and supporting their first campaigns.
• Tracking pipeline activity and maintaining CRM records.
