Alpha Laboratories (NZ) Ltd is a leading nutraceutical manufacturer in New Zealand. We are seeking a Production Worker/Machine Operator to join our team.

This role involves manual and hands-on work on the production line and/or machine operation in a fast-paced factory environment. Candidates must be flexible for both day shift and night shift, with experience operating machinery and set-up, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery, practical knowledge of machine set-up, or troubleshooting is highly advantageous.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, packing, or factory environment preferred
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks
• Able to show initiative and respond to issues proactively
• Strong practical problem‑solving skills
• You must hold Eligible Visas/Permits to Work in New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery on the production line and assist with machine operation.
• Possibly involve manual and hands-on work, production line work, and/or machine setup.
• Work in a fast-paced factory environment and follow procedures with attention to detail.
• Carry out manual handling tasks and respond proactively to issues.
