Job summary

Taura Natural Ingredients Limited in Mount Maunganui, New Zealand, is seeking Production Operators to join our on-site team. You will perform quality control, operate packing and processing equipment, load and prepare ingredients, and support shift management in a busy manufacturing environment.

We offer a 12-hour shift pattern with day and night options, a shift allowance, and opportunities to progress through to other roles within the factory.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing is beneficial.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills are important.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating roster.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control testing and assist with equipment calibration.
• Operate process equipment safely and efficiently.
• Run automated packing machines and carry out general packing duties.
• Load, mix, and prepare ingredients for production processes.
• Generate labels and complete basic computer-related tasks.
