Job summary

Frontline Health Auckland & Upper North Island is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead and support our nursing team in a well-established medical practice in Auckland. This permanent role is 32 hours per week across four days (Mon-Fri) with a strong focus on clinical excellence and continuous improvement.

You will provide day-to-day clinical leadership, strengthen systems, and develop the nursing team while collaborating with the broader practice to deliver high-quality,

Qualifications

• NZ Registered Nurse with APC.
• Current CPR certificate.
• General practice nursing experience required.
• Management experience in a nursing setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day clinical leadership and empower the nursing team.
• Develop care models to improve health outcomes and centre-on-patient care.
• Strengthen clinical systems and processes in collaboration with the practice team.
• Balance administrative duties with clinical responsibilities.

Join a well-established Medical Practice and take a key leadership role in delivering high quality, patient-centred care.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse to lead and support our nursing team, with a strong focus on clinical excellence, continuous improvement and the ongoing development of primary care services.

You will provide day-to-day clinical leadership, develop and empower the nursing team, and strengthen clinical systems and processes. Working collaboratively with the wider practice team, you will also play an important role in creating a positive, high-performing environment and ensuring our services continue to meet the needs of the local community.

This is a permanent, 32-hour-per-week position, working across four days between Monday and Friday.

• Passion for primary care and primary care nursing
• Proven ability to lead, direct and support nurses
• Clear, calm communicator with a fair and supportive approach
• Experience with Medtech Evolution and MS Office
• Automatic right to work in New Zealand
