Job summary

CGR Services is seeking a Practice Nurse to provide high-quality primary health care across four Auckland clinics. You will work with GPs and the primary health care team to support patients to achieve positive outcomes.

You will hold an Annual Practising Certificate, be a current Vaccinator, and have CPR certification. The role offers professional development and inter-site travel using a pool car.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a current Annual Practising Certificate.

• Experienced in triaging patients.

About the role

A well-established, family-focused health organisation with multiple clinics across Auckland is seeking a Practice Nurse to join its team. With almost 30 years of experience delivering health, education and social services, the organisation is highly regarded in the community and has received industry recognition for excellence in general practice.

In this role, you will deliver high quality, accessible primary health care nursing services across four South Auckland clinics. Working closely with GPs and the wider primary health care team, you will support patients to achieve positive clinical and non-clinical outcomes.

• NZ Residency or Citizenship required


• Primary care experience preferred
