Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is recruiting an ACC Regional Manager to lead revenue management across the Northern region, guiding a team of 20-25 people. You’ll drive high performance, capability and consistent service delivery while shaping nationwide standardisation and transformation initiatives.

You will oversee ACC revenue processes, ensure compliance with national policies and collaborate with clinical, operational and finance stakeholders to optimise performance and deliver

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in revenue management, billing, eligibility or related financial operations.
• 5+ years' people leadership experience with high-volume processing environments.
• Proven track record in transformation, standardisation and change in regulated environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across clinical, operational and finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a region-wide team of 20-25 across the Northern region.
• Oversee ACC revenue management with standardisation, transformation and continuous improvement.
