Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora, based anywhere in the Northern Region, is seeking a leader to coordinate clinically focused programmes and improvements. You will build partnerships with clinical and regional leaders to drive collaboration and deliver better health outcomes across diverse communities.

The role offers permanent full‑time employment with flexible base locations in the Northern Region, contributing to equitable and innovative care across NZ’s public health system.

Competenze

• At least five years' experience leading or coordinating large, complex programmes in health or public sector environments.
• Proven ability to translate clinical and regional priorities into delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Strong capability to navigate governance processes and provide strategic advice to senior leaders.
