Qualifications

• Preferably previous caregiving or personal care experience for adults.
• Calm nature with confidence to handle challenging behaviours.
• Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and sleepovers.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with intellectual disabilities in their homes.
• Manage risk and ensure safety during night care.
• Provide personalised care aligned with clients' goals and routines.
