Job summary

Visy Logistics in Auckland Penrose is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for a permanent full-time night shift role (8:30pm–5:30am), Monday–Friday. You will supervise Forklift Operators and Stores staff, allocate fleet, and ensure safe, compliant warehousing activities under the Warehousing Supervisor’s guidance.

You’ll bring 3+ years in warehousing/transport, proven leadership, strong communication, and proficiency with SAP/WMS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in local transport and warehouse operations.
• Experience in supervisory or team-leader role in warehouse/logistics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily forklift Operators and stores personnel.
• Manage fleet allocation and execution of deliveries and transfers.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and promote safe work environment.
• Operate double forklifts, counterbalance and high reach machinery.
