Job summary

ABB Critical Power is seeking a warehouse team lead to manage a two‑shift operation within a fast-paced manufacturing environment in New Zealand. You will drive operational excellence, oversee ERP data accuracy, and coordinate resources across inbound and outbound goods, while coaching staff and maintaining a safety-first culture.

You will partner with the Warehouse Manager to optimize capacity, implement improvements, and ensure production continuity.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a warehouse environment.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (SAP).
• Proven ability to manage multiple shifts and drive results.
• Excellent communication and safety leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor warehouse team across two shifts.
• Ensure accurate data entry and inventory control in ERP.
• Optimize capacity and utilization of warehouse space.
• Drive continuous improvement and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain a strong safety culture and compliance with Health and Safety standards.
