is a Gisborne-based manufacturer of advanced composite products, supplying customers around the world. We're looking for a Pultrusion Team Leader to lead our night shift — someone who can bring energy, structure and a genuine improvement mindset to the floor.

The Opportunity:

As Team Leader, you’ll lead the night shift team and keep the Pultrusion production line running safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You’ll be hands‑on in production while supporting, guiding and developing the Pultrusion Technicians on your shift.

Shift Pattern:

Night shift on a 4-on / 4-off roster, working 12-hour shifts.

What You'll Do:

• Lead, coordinate and motivate a team of Pultrusion Technicians to keep production flowing safely and efficiently
• Set daily work priorities and make sure the team has what it needs to hit quality, output and safety targets
• Champion a continuous improvement mindset — looking for smarter, faster, better ways of doing things
• Confirm QC checks, downtime records and production paperwork are completed accurately
• Make sure the team is trained, safe, and working to company and customer standards
• Be a visible, hands‑on leader who leads by example on the floor
