Job summary

Qube Logistics in Onehunga, Auckland, is recruiting a Night Shift Logistics Coordinator for a 1-year fixed-term contract.

Your role is to coordinate the movement of containers through the depot, maintain data integrity, and communicate with drivers and internal and external stakeholders.

Candidates with at least 2 years in administration, right to work in New Zealand, and the ability to pass medical and MOJ checks are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administration role.
• Experience in transport industry preferred but not essential.
• Legal right to work in New Zealand.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol test, and MOJ check.

Responsibilities

• Process trucks in and out of the yard using our own in-house booking system.
• Direct and instruct truck driver movements within the depot.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure cut-offs are met.
• Reconcile driver sheets to ensure movements are correctly recorded.
• Reconcile data provided by MPI to ensure the depot adheres to regulations.
• Coordinating acceptances, releases and deliveries of full containers.
• Assisting with internal and external enquiries and communicate with staff via RT.

About the Role

We are looking for a Night Shift Logistics Coordinator to join our team. If you enjoy evening work, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are ready for a new challenge, this role could be for you.

Days and hours: 1 Year Fixed-term, nightshift Monday to Friday 3.30pm to 12.30am with rostered Sundays 6.00pm to 3.00am.

Location: Onehunga

Key Role: Your primary function will be to coordinate the movement and flow of containers throughout the depot whilst maintaining data integrity and professionally communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.

What You'll Need
