Job summary

Qube Logistics is seeking a Night Shift Logistics Coordinator in Onehunga, Auckland. This role manages container movement within the depot, maintains data integrity, and communicates with internal and external stakeholders.

The position is a 1-year fixed-term night shift (Mon-Fri 3:30pm-12:30am) with Sunday rosters. You will coordinate yard movements, driver movements, MPI data reconciliation, and handle enquiries, contributing to NZ supply chains.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administration role, preferably in transport.
• Legal right to work in New Zealand.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol test, and MOJ check.

Responsibilities

• Process trucks in and out of the yard using our in-house booking system.
• Direct truck driver movements within the depot.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure cut-offs are met.
• Reconcile driver sheets to ensure movements are correctly recorded.
• Reconcile MPI data to ensure depot regulations compliance.
• Coordinate acceptances, releases and deliveries of full containers.
• Assist with internal and external enquiries.
• Communicate with staff via RT.

About the Role

We are looking for a Night Shift Logistics Coordinator to join our team. If you enjoy evening work, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are ready for a new challenge, this role could be for you.

Days and hours: 1 Year Fixed-term, nightshift Monday to Friday 3.30pm to 12.30am with rostered Sundays 6.00pm to 3.00am.

Location: Onehunga

Key Role: Your primary function will be to coordinate the movement and flow of containers throughout the depot whilst maintaining data integrity and professionally communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Processing trucks in and out of the yard using our own in-house booking system

• Coordinating with internal and external parties to ensure cut-offs are met.
• Reconciling driver sheets to ensure movements are correctly recorded.
