Job summary

The role focuses on planning resources, monitoring KPIs, and mentoring staff. You will promote a safety culture, report on performance, and work closely with the Senior Supervisor to deliver quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience.
• Strong health and safety knowledge and practice.
• Familiar with MPI requirements.
• Excellent communication and team-first attitude.
• Experience in the meat processing industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, resources and production for Further Processing to meet targets.
• Monitor KPIs (yield, efficiency, quality) and report regularly.
• Promote a culture of safety with incident reporting and continuous improvement.
