Job summary

Alliance Group invites a Further Processing Night Shift Senior Supervisor to lead a fast-paced production team at the Lorneville Plant. You will assist the Senior Supervisor in planning resources, directing operations, and maintaining high safety and quality standards.

This role requires strong leadership and proactive problem-solving on a night shift. The role emphasises safety culture, KPI tracking, and efficient use of workforce and equipment to maximise yield and performance.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Health and Safety compliance is required.
• Familiarity with MPI requirements is preferred.
• Intermediate-level computer skills (Word, Excel).
• Experience in the meat industry is advantageous.
• Proven leadership experience is essential.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude are important.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Further Processing night shift, assisting the Senior Supervisor with planning and resource organisation.
• Efficiently manage workforce and resources for optimal operational performance.
• Track KPIs such as yield, efficiency, and output quality and report regularly.
• Monitor contamination levels to ensure food safety standards and hygiene.
• Promote a culture of safety and ensure safe work practices with incident reporting and resolution.
