Job summary

Crowne Plaza Christchurch, part of the IHG family, is seeking an Assistant Night Manager to lead the Front Office during the overnight shift. You will assist the Night Manager with night audits, guest feedback, and maintaining a smooth handover to the day team.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• NZ General Managers Certificate required.
• Experience with Opera or similar PMS is beneficial.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow health guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist Night Manager and front office night team with night audits, reports and other duties.
• Attend to guest complaints, inquiries and requests to ensure a positive impression.
• Respond to situations to ensure guests receive prompt attention and personal recognition.
• Train team members on emergency procedures and act as central communications point during emergencies.
