Job summary

InterContinental Wellington is seeking a Night Audit to work in our waterfront five-star hotel, coordinating with multiple departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

You will handle arrivals and departures, run daily reports, reconcile front-office financials, and assist guests with inquiries, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

A background in luxury hospitality and proficiency with Opera and MS Office are a plus; night shifts from 11pm to 7:30am are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotel environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with Opera and MS Office.
• Attention to detail and accuracy with figures.

Responsibilities

• Handling guest arrivals and departures, ensuring smooth room allocations and check-in/check-out processes.
• Running reports and reconciling hotel financials.
• Ensuring room service orders are delivered efficiently.
• Assisting guests with inquiries and requests, from handling incoming calls to coordinating luggage, transportation and other services.
