The role focuses on organisational excellence, coordinating maintenance, documenting processes, and providing day-to-day operational administration, with opportunities to contribute to the NOC and field-site work as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support Operations and Servicing teams to ensure network performance and availability.
• Document network operational and servicing processes and maintain records.
• Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities, site access requests, and contractor engagement.
