Nine stores across New Zealand are supported by a National Retail Manager based in Auckland. The role blends office days, store visits, and work-from-home time, with regular travel nationwide to oversee performance and customer experience.

You will lead Store Managers, drive sales plans, coach teams with heart, and partner with marketing and design to bring seasonal launches to life. A values-led retail culture awaits the right leader.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple stores and teams.
• Strong coaching and relationship-building abilities.
• Commercially minded with sales targets and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor Store Managers to lead their teams with confidence.
• Set monthly sales budgets and partner with stores to hit them, then review performance.
• Champion a personalised customer experience by observing stores, coaching and giving actionable feedback.
• Represent the retail network at the weekly Trade Meeting and feed insights to Buying, Planning and Design.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Visual Merchandising on initiatives that drive foot traffic and launches.
• Maintain consistent standards across store presentation and operations and ensure communication with Head Office.
