Job summary

Bridgestone NZ is seeking a Consumer Fleet Manager to grow and protect our passenger tyre fleet across lease, rental, government, corporate and national accounts.

In this national sales role you will hunt new business, build relationships with fleet decision-makers, drive revenue and margin, and coordinate delivery through our equity stores and dealer network.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in B2B sales or fleet management
• Proven track record of winning new business and growing accounts
• Strong understanding of pricing, margin and profitability in a fleet tyre business
• Willingness to travel nationally and hold a full NZ driver licence

Responsibilities

• Hunt new business: Identify, qualify and convert new consumer fleet opportunities across lease, rental, government and corporate channels.
• Own the sales plan: Develop and execute the New Zealand Consumer Fleet sales plan with a structured account and target-account plan to keep the pipeline moving.
• Manage national accounts: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, procurement contacts and fleet managers across your national account portfolio.
• Drive profitable growth: Deliver tyre volume, revenue, gross profit and margin targets across both new and existing business.
• Lead commercial activity: Lead pricing, rebate and tender activity with a clear eye on margin, service cost and competitive positioning.
• Coordinate network execution: Liaise with equity stores, dealer partners and internal teams to ensure commitments are delivered consistently.
